PFF D certificate coaching course concludes [APP]

LAHORE, Oct 18 (APP):Pakistan Football Federation’s D certificate coaching course concluded here on Thursday at Model Town Football Academy.

The five-day beneficial activity was attended by 28 aspiring coaches from all-over the country. PFF Secretary Lt-Col (retd) Ahmad Yar Khan Lodhi was the chief guest on the occasion while President MTFA Mian Rizwan Ali was also present.

AFC Instructor Sheikh Siddique assisted by Khaled Khan (AFC ‘B’ licence) conducted the course, which was the first kind of the coaching activity after lifting of suspension on Pakistan Football Federation by games ruling body, FIFA recently.

The course was also attended by Khawar Abass Chaudhry, Mohammad Tariq, Muhammad Ajmal, Hafiz Muhammad Amir, Muhammad Imran, Mirza Ali Reza Baig, Muhammad Ajmal Khan, Saber Ali, Shahmeer, Shahbaz Ali, Adnan Haider, Syed Ghazi, Muhammad Yasin Babar, Saeed Khan, Sajid Rafique, Muddassir Shahzad, Saeed Ahmed, Noor Nabi Shah, Aamir Sohail, Salman Rana, Muhammad Tahir, Nawab Laraib Wajhi-ul-Hasan, Muhammad Nadeem, Abdul Wadood, Faisal Shahzad, Mirza Tanveer Sarwar, Muhammad Wasim and Mohomed Ahmed.

Speaking on the occasion, the PFF secretary said the incumbent regime of the PFF, under the leaderships of its president, Faisal Saleh Hayat, was laying special emphasis to conduct football tournaments and allied activities to make-up for the lost period due to the suspension.

“This course will help in expanding the base of football coaching officials to help them to groom talent at early,” he said.

He said the PFF was focused on coaches’ education and hence holding the course was another milestone in this brief period of incarnation.
