Pakistani-origin Adnan Mohammad was rewarded by his superb displays in Denmark’s top flight by being named in the team of the month according to tipsbladet.dk.
The ace winger is seemingly on course for his breakthrough season at FC Helsingor, whom he joined after coming through the ranks at FC Nordjaelland. Last month was particularly impressive from the 22-year-old, where he notched a superb goal against Danish giants FC Copenhagen and assisted with two more.
Adnan followed that with another spectacular out-of-the-box screamer against FC Silkeborg and now has 2 goals in 22 games this season.
The midfielder, who was born in Copenhagen, has made no secret of his desire to represent Pakistan and is expected to turn out for the Pak Shaheens later this year after the team resumes international action.
