Karachi: Salar Welfare Centre FC exciting win over DG Rangers Champion and favourite of the tournament Azam Sports 1-0 and qualfiied for Semi Final with Korangi Baloch, Hunter Sports and Burma Mohammedan in 12th I am Karachi Football League 2015 at Sixteen Star Football Ground, FB Area being organised by Karachi United Football Foundation with the permission of Sindh Football Association.
Mr. Fateh Mohammad Baloch, Senior Vice President, Sindh Football Association and President DFA Malir introduced with the players as Chief Guest during lemon time. Mr. Gulab Baloch, President DFA South, Mr. Aqeel Tazim Naqvi, Senior Vice President, DFA Central, Mr. Rahim Bakhsh, Secretary, DFA West, Syed Usman Shah, Group Leader of DFA East, Capt. Ubaidullah, Secretary, DFA East, Mr. U.F. Tariq Lutfi, Ex-National Coach, M. Naqi Khan, Ex-Captain Pakistan Football Team, Mr. Riaz Ahmed, Organising Secretary, Mr. Asif Zaheer Hashmi, Mr. M. Shamim, Mr. Ibne Abbas, Mr. Absar Arif, Mr. Haroon Shirazi, Mr. Ch. M. Israr, Mr. Ejaz Hussain, FIFA and others were also present on the occaion.
Salar Welfare Centre grabbed 1 – 0 victory over Azam Sports, talented striker M. Asif decisive and loan goal scored for Salar Welfare Centrre in 11th minute when he converted a beautifull pass from Abdul Haleem. Azam Sports strive hard to come back to the game their striker Waseemullah, Naveed Ullah, Aqeel Khan and Saleemullah splendidly but failed to score particularly in dying moment. Salar’s Goal Keeper M. Ismail saved many chances due to his excellent efforts and skill.
Referee Sameen Khan supervised the match while Javed Iqbal and Fazal Baloch supported him on the line, Babar Khan was 4th Official. Abdul Karim performed his duty as Match Commissioner.
Both Semi Finals will be played on 8th May 2015 which are live telecast on Geo Super. Korangi Baloch vs Hunter Sports at 5 pm and Burma Mohammedan and Salar Welfare Centre Malir at 9 pm. All the matches being played at Baloch Mujahid Football stadium, Ibrahim Hydri.
Final will be played on 10th May at 6 pm.
