Nabil Aslam terminates contract with AC Horsens

Pakistani-Danish defender Nabil Aslam has agreed to terminate his contract with AC Horsens with mutual consent as he looks to experience greener pastures abroad.

“I have long had a desire to move on in the summer, because there is no prospect of playing here, and I’ve talked to Henrik Ravn on the possibility of terminating the contract. We are agreed on, and thus I can put an end to six really, really good years at AC Horsens, which of course had ups and downs, but I will never forget my time here,” said Nabil Aslam while talking to achorsens.dk

“I want to go abroad and explore opportunities in Asia and elsewhere.  Because of my Pakistani citizenship, I count as a non-European, but I do not know my future yet. In any case, I wish AC Horsens good luck this season and in the future. I would like to thank my fellow players,” added the centre-back.

Nabil is yet to make his debut for Pakistan, but is touted as a quality defender who could form a superb partnership with captain Zesh Rehman.
