KARACHI: Encouraged by the experience of playing striker Oludeyi Abayomi on Sunday (tomorrow) in the Pakistan Premier Football League last season, K-Electric is expected to hire the services of two more players from Nigeria for the next season.

“Oludeyi was a good player and he earned the respect of all. Our top priority will be to induct mostly our home-grown players but probably this season two more players of Nigeria will be hired for the Premier League,” K-Electric Chief of Staff Usama Qureshi told media during a briefing here at the Peoples Sports Complex on Friday.

Oludeyi had represented the last season’s runners-up K-Electric in 13 matches after he was not issued visa in time. He then also played for the same department in the National Challenge Cup here and got the best player of the tournament award.
