According to the latest reports, Pakistan will be hosting the likes of India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Nepal next year as the Women’s SAFF Cup will take place in Lahore.
Pakistan was selected as 2014 SAFF Women’s Championship hosts after a SAFF meeting in September and a PFF insider revealed that the tournament will be taking place in November next year. Rumours also claim that Lahore will be the venue and the Federation will be looking to setup a Championship secretariat by January 2014.
After hosting the U-16 AFC Qualifiers, Pakistani football will be on the right track once more as they welcome the best Ladies teams of the region in November next year.
