KARACHI: Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will hand over a cheque of Rs1 million to Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) on Friday (today) for extending splendid performance in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President’s Cup in Kuala Lumpur recently.
The cash prize will be handed over to the management of KRL in an award ceremony which will be attended by the whole KRL team at 3pm today at the PFF headquarters in Lahore on Friday.
KRL qualified for the final of the AFC President Cup, the first Pakistani club to do so in history.
However, in the final they were beaten by Turkmenistan’s Balkan FC 1-0.
