PACA win opener in PPFL [DAWN]

KARACHI, Sept 27: Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) new boys Pak-Afghan Clearing Agency (PACA) got their campaign off to a winning start when they edged Muslim FC 2-1 here on Friday.

PACA, who won the second division Pakistan Football Federation League (PFFL) last season, showed great fighting spirit despite going a goal down in the 18th minute when Hanif scored for Muslim FC, who had finished third last season.

But two goals in two minutes by Hazrat Moaz secured all three points for the newly-promoted side at the KMC Stadium. Moaz’s first goal came in the 37th minute.—Sports Reporter
