Two exhibition matches arranged between Lyceum vs Nixor and FPS vs Generations in the opening day of SBP Iner School Independence Day Football Championship 2013. Both the matches have been drawn. However, Lyceum and Foundation Public School won the match on tie breaker.
Earlier Mr. Muhammad Haroon Rasheed. Manager Director and Member Governing Body, State Bank of Pakistan inaugurating the tournament by kicking the ball as Chief Guest at Moin Khan Cricket Academy, DHA. The Chief Guest ensured that this championship will organise regularly. Grass Root level is necessary to promote football. We provide all necessary facilities and incentives to the players on going tournament. Mr. Zaheerul Hassan, Manager Sports, SBP, Coordinator Murad Hussain, Media Coordinator Riaz Ahmed and other guests were also present.
End of the exhibition matches, the chief guest Mr. M. Haroon Rasheed presented winner trophies to Lyceum and Foundation Public School.
