Housing Colony FC beat fellow Sheikhupura side Al-Fatah FC on penalties after a goal-less draw in the All-Punjab Muslims Sports Football Tournament being held in Sheikhupura.
Goalkeeper Abdul Basit was instrumental in the shoot-out for Housing Colony. Chief guest was Muhammad Yasin, senior vice president of Muslim Sports FC.
