The 8th Karachi United Schools Football Championship 2013 saw completion of 4 games at Aga Khan Gymkhana Ground in Garden West, Karachi on 21 January 2013.
In Group E, Southshore Academy thrashed The City School Gulshan Campus 4-0. Goals from Kumail Abbas, Daniyal Khan and a brace from Hashir Bhatti proved too much for TCS Gulshan. Southshore went down to 10 men in the game after captain Shah Zeb Khan was sent off for a red card, and earned a 2 match suspension from the KUSC technical committee.
In another Group E game, Foundation Public School edged Beaconhouse North Nazimabad 2-1. Goals from Hamdan and Syed Khawar helped FPS go 2-0 ahead before a goal from BSS North Nazimabad’s Faizan made it 2-1.
In Group F, Beaconhouse Jubilee defeated St Michael’s School 2-0 thanks to goals from Bahram Khan and Usman Asad. In same group, COMMECS College were held to a 0-0 draw by Bahria College.
