PFF D Certificate Coaching course in Sahiwal begins

Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), in line with its emphasis on Youth Development Program to hosting PFF “D” Certificate Football Coaching Course for Punjab province at Government Boys College, Fareed Town, Sahiwal on Monday. The 5-day coaching course being conducted by Gohar Zaman as Instructor will conclude on September 14, 2012. Noman Ibrahim will act as Assistant Instructor, and Course Coordinator Muhammad Ashfaq.

According to the press release issued here by PFF, General Secretary PFF, Lt. Col. ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi, TI (M) in his massage said that “PFF is committed to provide football coaches, from beginner to most advance, with up-to-date theoretical, physical and practical knowledge for coaches from the districts of Punjab which can ensure that players develop their skill to full potential”.

Mr. Lodhi further added that Punjab being the most fertile province for the game of football, as such, this program at Sahiwal is being given due importance which he hopes will bear fruit in the shortest possible time.

The Course will change the fortune of many participants of Punjab and this will be a great opportunity for all of the local coaches to come on board and take advantage of Gohar Zaman’s coaching experience. “There are so many advances in modern football and this course where video analysis and practical lessons are involved helps to get an insight into the game,” added Gohar Zaman.

The Course will enable the 24 participants to take this challenge. The participants are:

The PFF “D” Certificate Football Coaching Course for regions is designed to provide knowledge in football coaching for any individual regardless of coaching and playing background.
