KARACHI: Pakistan will field their Under-23 football team in the Sports Minister Cup to be held in Sri Lanka near the end of October, a top official of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) said on Friday.

“We have received an invitation for the Sports Minister Cup from Sri Lanka and will try to send our Under-23 team, as the Olympic sides have been invited by the hosts for the event to be held near the end of October,” PFF secretary Col Ahmad Yar Khan Lodhi told ‘The News’.
