In a big encounter, two good teams went head to head. Defending Champs minus Kamran Aslam the player of the tournament last time around knew that it would be a tough task this year and the first half was one way traffic. Gunners FC showed some quick incisive movement to create chance after another. Ateeq took a surprise pop at goal which resulted in the goal, and this bought to life Rebellions. They produced move after another in the 2nd half to continue there journey but the best effort from Waleed Kidwai rattled the post and Gunners Fc defending doggedly and claimed the biggest scalp of the tournament. Next up for Gunners are the quarter finals.

2- Lazy Boys 5 – 0 Gulshanacticos

Star Player – Mesum Raza aka Messi (Lazy Boys) – The young explosive midfielder won his second best player of the game award. Strong Candidate for player of the tournament. Was all over the field today, covering , scoring, passing and defending. Pic Provided.

The game started with a flurry of attacks by Gulshanacticos. They were passing and moving freely but somehow not converting chances. Azhar of Lazy boys made his opponents pay with a well taken first before Messi and Ali Coke ran the show. The first half ended at one nil but the second was a different story as Gulshanacticos missed an open net and were dominating play until striker Ali Coke scored twice and Messi added his fourth goal of the tournament to put an end to the fight. The scoreline does not do justice for the amount of chances Gulshanacticos created. Lazy Boys reach the quarters yet again.
