12th August results ensured History will be written in the 7th GSA D Goal as Bafana, the last remaining former winner were eliminated just a day after Rebellions were knocked out. This guarantees everyone that there will be a new winner.
1- Bafana 0 – 2 Free Stylers

Star Players – Mehtab and Asad (Free Stylers) – Mehtab showed a different side to his game today along with this dazzling skills he was also very solid in moving up and down the court. His 7th and 8th strikes of the tournament were enough. Asad was like a rock in the first half and in the second kept the ball rolling and read the game superbly. Pic Provided.
In a match up which could have fitted in the final, these two teams produced a masterclass. Bafana produced a strong first half performance but Mehtab kept Free Stylers afloat only for ten goal man Ghassan to leave his shooting shoes at home today. Still nil nil at the half and one felt that Bafana will face a tougher fight in the second and they did. Mehtab sneaked one in through a free kick and then the game was at amazing pace as Bafana pressed and pressed but Free Stylers had a new found confidence as Asad released Mehtab and he produced an angled finish as Bafana committed bodies forward. Amazing result as Free Stylers are the first team to qualify for the semis.
2- All Stars 4 – 2 Old Fighters

Star Player – Daniyal (All Stars) – In a team where Amin and Shahrukh dominate the limelight and on a day when all three scorers could have clinched player of the game award Daniyal produced his best performance of the tournament. Very Solid defensively and scored an opening goal as well. Pic Provided.
This match was also off to a great start but as things settled down All Stars produced a pass after another and clearly produced one of the best first half performances of the tournament. Daniyal’s goal resulting in a 1-0 lead at halftime. The second half as expected bought out a roaring Old fighter as they produced quick attacks and Waqar guilty of missing first half chances converted. Immediately Amin turned on the engines scored and set up one superbly to give his team a 3-1 lead. The excitement of the game was mesmerizing as Madni produced a second making All Stars life hard, but at 3-2 Luck favored All Stars as a back pass was mis handled and resulted in a strange own goal 4-2 and All stars held on for a place in the semis. What a game.
Goal Challenge Winner – Asad from Free Stylers clinched the goal challenge against a former winner Kashif Zafar. Great day for the young Ronaldinho fan. Pic featured.
