Pervaiz Mir praised Karachi United Football Foundation’s tremendous efforts for football in Karachi over the past 2 years. He stated that PFF President, Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat is full of praise for any football entity that serves football through the PFF Vision 2020 program. He assured PFF’s full cooperation towards KUFF as it aims to expand its operations across Pakistan nationwide and stated that both PFF and KUFF have the same vision towards football.

On the directives of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the ongoing football seminars at provincial-district level by PFF with cooperation from the provincial FAs is a sign that PFF wants to run the game better by taking input from all provincial and district officials. Pervaiz Mir hoped that organisations and clubs like Karachi United will help PFF in developing football at grassroots level.

He also said that PFF is seriously considering a national tournament for football academies given that they are the nurseries for football and future players.
