AKU beat PAF-KIET 4-2 in AKU Championship

Karachi: The following four matches were decided yesterday of the 10^th AKU Inter-University Football Tournament being organized by AKU Sports Centre at the AKU Football Ground in Karachi.

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY. (NUST) Vs          LIAQUAT COLLEGE OF MEDICINE & DENTISTRY (LCMD)

NUST won the match, Score  03,  00  Goals. At half time, Score was  01– NIL Goals in favour of NUST.

1. DAYYAN BAJWA, ABBAS JUNAID & WAQAR AHMED 01 GOALS EACH (4^th, 45^th & 47^th minutes accordingly).

INST. OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION  (IBA)         Vs  SINDH MEDICAL COLLEGE (SMC)

IBA won the match, Score  03,  01  Goals. At half time, Score was  02 – 00  in favour of IBA.

1. ASAD ULLAH, HASSAN GHAFFAR & ALI MURTAZA 01 GOALS EACH (2^nd, 14^th & 39^th minutes), While  1.  ISLAM AHMED 01 GOAL (46^th minute) were the scorer for looser.

AGA KHAN UNIVERSITY (AKU)           Vs  PAF-KARACHI INST. OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (PAF-KIET)

AKU won the match, Score  04,  02  Goals. At half time, Score was  03 – 01 Goals in favour of AKU.

1. REHAN MUNIR 04 GOALS (9^th, 20^th, 21^st, & 32^nd minutes) While 1.  SAAD AMJAD 02 GOALS (23^rd & 48^th minute) were the scorer for looser.

INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (IoBM) Vs  MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH UNIVERSITY (MAJU)

IoBM won the match, Score  10,  00  Goals. At half time, Score was  04 – 00 Goals in favour of IoBM.

1. ZAIN KHAN 03 GOALS (48^TH, 50^th & 58^th minutes) 2.  IRFAN JUNEJO 02 GOALS (39^th & 49^th minute)  3.  OSAMA ASHIQEEN 02 GOALS (15^th & 44^th minute) 4.  ALI AHMED, WALEED KIDWAI & HAMZA KHAN 01 GOALS EACH (1^st, 13^th & 20^th minutes accordingly)

The matches were supervised by Referees Ansar Javed, M. Arsalan Shareef, Noor ul Haq, M. Tahir, Hameed-ur-Rehman, Saeed Alam Naseer, Official Scorer Sajjad Akbar and Match Commissioners Munawar Khan.
