Pakistani international ADNAN AHMED scored the winning goal on his debut for Northern Premier League side Bradford Park Avenue tonight against Chester FC last night, 2 Nov 2011.

The midfielder came on as a second half substitute and hit home the winner in injury time to give Bradford PA a 2-1 victory and helped them move to fifth in the table of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division 2011-12.

Ahmed joined Bradford Park Avenue last week after getting international clearance from previous club FC Aboomoslem in Iran to sign for the Bradford side.

He is one of two Pakistan international players at the club, with utility man Amjad Iqbal, who re-signed for Bradford this season, played the full 90 minutes tonight at the Horsfall Stadium in Bradford after shaking off a slight hamstring niggle.

Ahmed and Iqbal are also looking forward to playing for Bradford PA when they take on AFC Totton in the first round of the English FA Cup 2011-12 on November 12.
