2nd Grassroots Football Coaching Course was concluded with colorful festival

General Secretary Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), Lt. Col. ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi thanked all the participants of 2nd Football Grassroots Course and wished that they will transfer their knowledge among the participants of football for hope clinics being arranged by PFF/FIFA in the flood affected areas in near future. This was stated by him on the occasion of “Certificate Award Ceremony” of 2nd Grassroots Football Coaching Course at PFF House, Lahore.

According to the press release issued here by PFF, the 2nd Grassroots Football Coaching Course being conducted by Mr. Ali Askar Lali from Germany, a FIFA Instructor who was also incharge of Grassroots Coaching Course Festival which was organized by PFF. On the conclusion of the 2nd Football Coaching Course, a festival was organized at Punjab Football Stadium where over 145 boys under the age of 11 years played football to the delight of their parents and a large gathering of peoples which was applauded by all and sundry. A mela like festival with colorful balloons and buntings adorned the field which greatly lifted the gloom of the peoples of Lahore who enjoyed it thoroughly.

The objective of the festival was to train grassroots coaches to carryout “football for hope clinics’ in the flood effected areas of Pakistan and provide physical relief/eliminate sufferings of the peoples adversely effected duet to flood in the country, make football accessible to those girls and boys, who do no have means to play and develop/boost the game of football at grassroots level.
