Karachi Football Round-Up

The Sindh FA’s annual congress held on 12 Sept 2011, and presided over by SFA president Syed Khadim Ali Shah, agreed that any football club willing to host the next All-Sindh Football Tournament should submit a formal application with official approval from President and General Secretary of its native District FA.

Present applicaions without official DFA backing shall not be entertained. The application should be submitted to Sindh FA Secretary Jan Muhammad Baloch at Football House, Chakiwara in Liyari Town, Karachi.

Al-Shabaz Korangi beat Muhammadi Sports (Malir) 3-0 to reach next round of All-Karachi Founders of Baloch Mujahid Football Cup. The Baloch Mujahid Stadium in Ibrahim Hyderi, Karachi hosted the game that saw Al-Shabaz dominate from the start. Shah Alam’s hat-trick (8′, 36′, 47′) completely overwhelmed Muhammadi Sports in the game. The losing side did create a few chances but failed to avail them in the match.

Match referee was Ijaz Hussain with assistants Shaukat Ali, Abdul Wahid, and M Ilyas, while match commissioner was Abid Raza Baloch. On Friday 30 Sept 2011, Lucky Men FC (Landhi) face Hyderi Baloch FC (Lyari).
