Day 5 of the National U19 Championship 2011 saw 4 matches being played at Punjab Stadium at different times after heavy rains had flooded the other two venues of MTFC Ground and Faisal Town Ground on Friday, 16 Sept 2011. Group B & C finished their final games and decided the teams heading to next round.
In Group B, the Lahore AID-27 side continued their fine form and finished top to qualify for next round after a one-sided 3-0 win over AJK FA with kick off at 1530 hrs. The next game at 1745 saw Sindh FA join the Lahore AID-27 team to next round by beating the Peshawar AID-27 team 1-0, and hence finishing in 2nd place.
In Group C, the 2000 hrs kick-off between the Quetta AID-27 team and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa FA produced a 1-1 draw while tournament hosts Model Town FC bowed out of the competition after failing to beat Islamabad FA in their 0-0 draw afterwards. Islamabad FA and Quetta AID-27 go through to next round by finishing in top two of their group.
