Baran Mohammedan Sharafi defeated Gulbai Mohammedan Shershah 1-0.Decisive goal scored by Mohammad Nasir in 52nd minute. Both the teams moved into second round.

Jalandhar Sports defeated Baloch Youth Malir 5-4 on PSO. Match remained 1-1 at Full time. Yasir of Jalandhar Sports scored 15 min while Tariq equalised in 29th minute.
Both the winners moved into 2nd round.

The All-Karachi Ishaq Khatri Memorial Football Tournament saw hosts Hussaini FC (New Karachi) qualify for the semis after beating Gharib Shah Union 4-2 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in final quarter-final game held at Noorani Eidgah Ground, Sector G-11 in New Karachi.
Hussaini FC will now face Parwana Sports in 2nd semi-final on 15 June 2011 5:30 PM at same venue.
