Lahore, 18 March: Walton eased their way into the quarter-finals with a comprehensive 3-0 win . They gave no room to Kasur’s Munir Shaheed in the All Punjab Raiders Football Cup 2011 at Raiders Football Club Ground, Faisal Town.
It turned out to be the one-way traffic although the chances at both ends were equal. A fine hat-trick by front runner Muhammad Shakeel made all the difference as his three-goal spell lifted him as first hat-trick maker of the spectacular event. He found the net in 12th, 39th & 57th minutes of the game and pushed his team into quarter final.
