Lahore, 27 March: The second half strike allowed Flying Horse to snatch 1-0 win to enter semi-final of All Punjab Raiders Football Cup 2011 at Raiders Football Club Ground, Faisal Town. They handed 1-0 defeat to famous Bata FC. The all important decider came 17 minutes from time when striker Rashid evaded a tackle and clipped the ball past advancing keeper Abid.
Flying Horse thus completed the semi-final frame. Host Raiders FC lock horns with Pak Fighters in the semi-final on 28 March at 4 PM. The final of the event will be played on Tuesday, 29 March at 3 PM.
