Real Lahore coach Sajjad Hafeez master-minded another stellar performance from the young team as they literally ran Faridia FC out of the park 4-0
Faridia put out a strong side with veteran Tanveer Ul Hussnain on the bench if things went wrong, and they truly did! Faridia had no answer to the sheer pace of Real Forward, 16 year old, Fahad whose great timing got him one-on-ones with the Faridia goalie, and he did punish Faridia bad for the opportunity.
The first half saw him score two with brilliant striker finishes and Real dominating the game which saw their players taking a hit or two with the referee trying not to book players. Faridia tried to break and long ball but to no avail. Half Time 2-0.
The second half saw a better performance from Faridia FC and they came back in the game and won a penalty. But Jabran Butt couldn’t score as Real Goal-Keeper Abdul Basit flew to his left and kept the penalty out. Great stop!
Real midfielder Quyyam scored a fine drive before Fahad completed his Hat-Trick by rounding up the Faridia Goal-Keeper.
Real Lahore now top the DFA Lahore League and look destined to win it, the only team with a REAL chance to change all that is the MIGHTY WOHAIB FC. The game is pencilled in for the 3rd of January! Wohaib vs Real Lahore.
