University FC, Muslim FC, Railways win in PFF League

In PFF League Departmental Phase Super League, Pakistan Railways routed  Pakistan Steel 4-0 at  Railway Stadium with fast-moving striker Asif getting two goals in the 57th and 88th minute. Railways, who won the National Football Championship twice in 1969 and 1984, slammed their other goals in the 16th and 42nd minute through midfielder Muhammad Afzal and Rizwan respectively.

Quetta’s Baloch FC lost 2-1 advantage and suffered 2-3 defeat at the hands of  University FC of Faisalabad at Punjab Football Stadium in Club Phase  Super League. University struck through Muhammad Usman 55, Ali Adil 80 and Imran Mushtaq 90 while Baloch FC goal getters were Abdul Wahid 38th min and Goran 73rd min.

The identical scoreline was recorded when Muslim FC of Chaman got rid of Quetta’s Afghan Sports FC 3-2 at same site. Saeed Ahmed struck twice for Muslim FC in the 27th, 67th minute while other scorer was Haji Muhammad in the 45+2 min. Afghan FC replied through winger Muhammad Yaqoob who captured two goals in the 7th and 90+3 minutes.

The Super League of PFF League will resume on Friday, 10 Dec with Police-Pak Steel clash at Railway Stadium, Lahore
