Lyari Centre earned a comfortable 3-0 win over bottom side North Karachi Centre at National Soccer Academy’s green field in the Karachi United Youth Football League 2010 thanks to goals from Hosam, Noman Noor, and Noman Dodo. The result leaves Lyari in 3nd place on 9 points from 4 games behind North Nazimabad Centre (10 from 5 games) and Malir Centre (9 from 4 games, better goal difference) while North Karachi remain pointless in the campaign at bottom.

Lyari took the lead in 11th minute when Hosam scored past N.Karachi goalie Farjad from a cross. At half time score remained 1-0 in favour of Lyari. 2nd Half saw Lyari maintain their dominance of the game as they ran the North Karachi defence to the ground. In 41st minute Noman Noor’s superb pass found striker Noman Dodo who finished with style to make it 2-0. A few minutes later Noman Noor found himself on the score sheet as his shot from 20 yards out found the back of the net to make it 3-0 in 49th minute. North Karachi strike force if Huzaifa, Ali Raza, Younas, and Sabeel created a few decent chances to score but Lyari goalkeeper Arshad handled the pressure well to earn a clean sheet when senior referee Habib Ullah blew the final whistle.
