Hussain Baloch Football: 3 more matches decided

Hosted by Malir National FC at Old Thana Ground Malir, the All-Karachi Muhammad Hussain Baloch Memorial Benefit Football Tournament witnessed 3 more matches being decided in Round of 64 according to organising secretary Rafique Baloch. The winning sides qualified to Round of 32.

2006 KASB Premier League runners-up and tournament hosts Malir National easily beat Lal Sports Dalmia 4-1. Faisal Latif scored twice for the winners alongside a goal each from Abdullah and Muhammad Asif. Baloch Union West pipped MES Malir Cantt with an action-packed 4-3 scoreline with Amin, Khalid, Amir, and Younus scoring the winning goals while MES Malir goalscorers were Sarfraz, Imran and Arshad. Young Malir beat neighbours Baloch Union Malir with a 1-0 score thanks to a first half goal from Shiraz.

Match referees were Muhammad Saleem, Naseer Umar, Muhammad Arif, Match Commissioner Abdul Rahim while media coordinator was Khalid Majeed. On 18th Dec 2010, Hazara Mohammedan Shah Faisal will face Young Bilal Landhi while on 19th Dec, the 2004 KASB Premier League winners Lyari Labour Welfare Centre will face Gulshan Ittehad Korangi.
