Under hosts Malir National FC and organised by Zone Malir, the All-Karachi Hussain Baloch Memorial Benefit Football Tournament witnessed another four matches decided at the Old Thana Malir Ground venue. According to tournament organising secretary Rafique Baloch, the first game saw Shafi XI Malir defeat Khokhrapar Star 3-1 thanks to two goals from Arif and one from Aamir for Shafi XI while Imran scored the consolation for Khokhrapar Star.
Malir Shaheen overcame Hassan XI 7-6 in penalty shootout after the game finished 0-0 in regular time. Malir Star beat Mansehra Star 3-1 thanks to two goals from Lal Muhammad and one from Imran while Masehra’s Shera scored the consolation goal.
Lal XI beat Kalmat Star with a 3-1 scoreline. Zeb, Javed, and Akram scored for Lal XI while Farooq scored Kalmat Star’s lone goal. Referees for these games were Nabi Bakhsh, Abdul Ghani, Muhammad Salim, and Ghafoor Maliri, while match commissioner was Master Abdul Rahim.
