KARACHI: Three Balochistan players proved to be PEL’s inspiration as they secured a thrilling 3-2 win against Young Blood in their match of the Pakistan Premier Football League at the Rai Ali Nawaz Stadium in Sahiwal on Monday.

PEL started the game in whirlwind fashion and Chaman-born striker Saad Ullah evaded three tackles to rifle in a shot past Young Blood goalkeeper Muzammal in the fifth minute. But their joy was short lived as home team landed an equaliser in the 15th minute when Asif Mansoor scored from the penalty spot.

Defender Waqas Ahmed restored PEL’s adavantage with an angular drive before Young Blood’s Abid Hussain made it 2-2 on the stroke of half-time.

Muhammad Shaire then capped a brilliant outing for PEL’s Baloch contingent when he struck the winner in the 69th minute.
