Lahore, 31 May : Dir-born Safi Ullah Khan, only player in history to score four goals for Pakistan in an international football fixture, will be among the six new AFC AID-27 coaches who will attend Special Refresher Coaching Course which will begin under Austria-based Pakistan National Football team head Coach Georg Kottan on Monday, 1 June 2009. PFF Director Operation Wng Cmdr ® Pervaiz Saeed Mir will act as Chief Guest during Opening Ceremony at FIFA Football House, Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
Mehmood Khan, Muhammad Aslam Khan, Sakhi Rehman, Akhtiar Ullah, Muhammad Javed are other five who recently entered into AFC AID-27 Coaches System. They replaced Salim Patni, Zafar Iqbal, Qazi Wajid Ali, Haji Muhammad Aslam, Iftikhar Ahmed Ghani and Muhammad Siddique.
The Course has been launched under the directive of PFF President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat to refresh and analyze the movement and commitment of 27 youth football coaches working under the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) AID-27 Financial Assistance Scheme.
The 27 Pakistan-based coaches who will attend the 14-day Course will be Bilal Ahmed Butt, Nauman Ibrahim, Rana Zahir Ahmed, Tanveer Ahmed, Muhammad Habib, Shahzad Anwar, Sajjad Mahmood Khan, Muhammad Rasheed, Hassan Baloch, Nasir Ismail, Niaz Ahmed Abro, Muhammad Javed, Muhammad Karim, Najib Ullah Najmi, Haji Abdul Sattar, Gohar Zaman, Fazle Ghaffar, Saeed Ullah, Faisal Amir Khan, Muhammad Saleem, Muhammad Asghar, Asghar Anjum, Safi Ullah Khan, Mehmood Khan, Muhammad Aslam Khan, Sakhi Rehman and Akhtiar Ullah.
