AFC AID-27 Coaches Meet
Lahore, 28 June : Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will host two-day Quarterly Meeting on 1 and 2 July 2008 to analysis the movement of 27 youth football coaches, who are working under Asian Football Confederation (AFC)’s AID-27 Financial Assistance Scheme, at FIFA Football House, Ferozpur Road.
PFF had called meeting on instructions of PFF’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat for future programme related to AFC AID-27 coaches and establishment of Football Youth Development Centers (FYDC).
The 27 Pakistan-based coaches who will participate in two-day show will be
Bilal Ahmed Butt, Nauman Ibrahim, Rana Zahir Ahmed, Tanveer Ahmed, Muhammad Habib, Shahzad Anwar, Sajjad Mahmood Khan, Muhammad Rashid, Hassan Baloch, Nasir Ismail, Salim Patni, Zafar Iqbal, Niaz Ahmed Abro, Abdul Karim, Najib Ullah Najmi, Haji Abdul Sattar, Gohar Zaman, Qazi Wajid Ali, Fazle Ghaffar, Saeed Ullah, Faisal Amir Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Saleem, Haji Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Asghar (Quetta), Iftikhar Ahmed Ghani, Muhammad Asghar (Lahore) and Muhammad Siddique.
“Twenty-seven national associations are now receiving AFC’s financial support for football development through the salary for coaches, especially grassroots and youth coaches,” said Faisal Saleh Hayat. “This donation is for success.”
“With this Scheme AFC’s President Mohamed bin Hammam would like to explain to member associations of AFC how to implement this project with much more success,” said the PFF chief.
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Guam, Iraq, Jordan, DPR Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Timor Leste, Vietnam, Yemen and Uzbekistan are eligible for the scheme.
