Lahore (PR) : Malik Salahuddin Doogar, Chairman, Punjab Football Association’s Appeal Board, has approved the appeal against the 2 nd January Elections of District Football Association Lahore. The appeal was put forward by a group who submitted evidence of illegal and unconstitutional activities held during meaningless elections.
Meanwhile, Punjab Election Commissioner has asked Pakistan Football Federation to stop the results of that elections. Doogar also asked both the factions of DFA Lahore to cease their football activities, otherwise strict Disclipinary action will be taken action the violators. He also said that both the groups will be called upon to present their case and decisions will be taken on merit and constitutional way.
