Faisal Saleh Hayat proves himself the best-ever PFF boss : Mian Rizwan

Lahore , 20 June : Mian Rizwan Ali, manager of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Eleven, hailed PFF’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat’s energetic 4-year work for football and congratulated him for retaining the top seat of PFF for another four years, until 2011 at least.

Mian Rizwan Ali, President of Model Town Football Academy, added “No one can deny the facts that Faisal Saleh Hayat has proved himself the best-ever PFF boss since the introduction of PFF in 1947. He put up heroic efforts and he fully deserved another 4-year term as boss of PFF for taking tangible steps in boosting football among Pakistani men and women. It is his whole-hearted work for PFF that AFC had asked him to occupy slot in AFC Disciplinary Committee of next month’s 14 th Asian Cup 2007 (Indonesian Leg).”

“I truly believe that we are making a great leap forward in football. It is honor for us that we enter the last 24 in Olympics soccer of Asian region. I am confident that PFF President will push Pakistani soccer to its rightful place and under his leadership Pakistan will continue to provide hard moments to Asian powerhouses” said famous soccer promoter Rizwan, whose Academy is now composed of over 225 kids.
Rizwan, who is also Secretary of popular Model Town Football Club, added that the announcement of Faisal Saleh Hayat to give Rs.50,000 to each U13 players for successful mission in AFC U13 Festival of Football is a giant step in infusing new spirit among upcoming footballers. Earlier, he awarded cash prizes to gold medalists of 2004 and 2006 SAF Games and also gave handsome amount to all officials/players for two glorious wins over Singapore in February 2007’s Olympic Qualifiers.

“The Sponsors and Media are hand-shaking with PFF and the replacement of outdated method with league system in National Soccer Championship will ever be remembered. Football spread throughout the country and more and more teams are emerging. PTV and Punjab Medical College will make debut in Pakistan Premiership 2007 while PIA will soon be in action again. The coaches, referees and players are getting handsome moneys and the introduction of Ladies soccer is something out of nothing.” Rizwan concluded who is well poised to act as Chief Organizer of U18 National Football Championship at Model Town Ground in August 2007.
