Netsoft Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, an Information Technology company established since 1996, has set a new trend in the History of Pakistan by making a Professional Football Team in Pakistan in Lahore-based Netsoft FC. Netsoft Solutions has the honour that it is the first IT company who has it Professional Soccer Team and this step will create more opportunities for Young and Upcoming new Players.
The brainchild of Athar Sabir, who is also General Secretary of Lahore's Flying Eagles FC, Netsoft Solutions FC is sponsored by international companies like Molex (Australia) and Trendnet (USA). Netsoft FC made their competitive debut in the recent Punjab Peace & Non-Violence Football Cup 2009 that was held at MTFA Ground, Lahore during Ramadhan. Netsoft impressed fans when they managed to reach the semi-finals of the event.
We at FPDC wish Netsoft FC and Mr Athar Sabir all the best, and hope to see this team continue the trend of bringing professionalism in Pakistani football as is the aim of other clubs like Karachi United FC and PMC Club Athletico Faisalabad.
