Shocked

all i can say is that you have put some thought into that long post...
I somewhat agree with you... I also see a trend with di caino when he using and not using Zesh... he is not using him when they are close to the relegation cliff... when they have a slight cushion, di canio uses zesh as a sub and this is what is keeping him in limbo about his future with them as well.

The argument about QPR wanting to show that asians are a waste of money is not really a sound one as they have more money than any club in the championship now and they would not think twice about dropping players that they do not want anymore! There is something that Di Canio sees in Zesh to use him on and off... but why the games where Zesh is nowhere to be seen... beats me! Mad

@abdulsidd: good find twice in a row... your internet search skills amaze me! Very Happy
actually... I totally agree with the conclusion in this article. The biggest issue is who will he end up with? He has to start working now to maybe get a transfer or a trade to a decent team which he would want to go to.

Very Happy I often go through the QPR forums, so I find some interesting arguments and articles.

Let's face it. Zesh is by no means the best defender at QPR. So why should De Canio play him? Stewart and Zesh are pretty much at the same level, and so De Canio uses Stewart as sub in one match, and then Zesh in another.

I also think that Zesh should leave this summer and try to get a place at another Championship club. He can start fresh there and hopefully we will see his full potential come through.

Intresting Article? my ass, lol.

Another reason, excuse to justify, simple as that.

Fact of the matter is Zesh being an Asian & Muslim has a lot to do with the way he is being treated now, nothing racist has to said but its obxious, am born & bread in this country & even though am a female i do however know bit about Football & have been to few matches, i never hear that kind of abuse of which i hear & see given to Zesh.

If we fall for this & belive these excuses, reasons then we are more weak then we realise, its time to accept facts, yes Zesh is not the best defender in the World but how can he improve or play to his full potential if he gets heckled by his OWN supporters, we all are humans & not superman, thats what supporters should be about by supporting their players, but people only support their own, its simple as that, too many ppl have complained about English football, even at junior & Amteur level that Asians arent made comfortbale in playing and are always under more pressure then blacks and whites so how can anyone play in that environment, there are limits.

Zesh comes on as sub most of the time so you cant expect him to keep up with the game, tempo, level straight away & on top of that the abuse he gets, i stick to my beliefs that Asians are not been given the chance or made comfortbale at football in UK, unless u drink, go club, have a white girlfreind & renounce ur Islamic faith of which all thse whites will be happy about, its time we supported Zesh to leave and go somwheresle & not support him in staying at QPR, QPR fans are a thickle bunch? oh plz, fans are fans, not difference in passion then any fans of any clubs or countries around the World, fact is Zesh being differen to whites has a lot to do with it, and why make im scape goat? out of all 20 or so players for QPR? oh no wait, its because he is Asian, bold, Muslim & of Pakistani origin, ppl are intimdated & angry of somone different then themsleves and their teams, simple as that, i said it all along & will always say it till we get Asian support for these players, till National team does well, till ppl like us complain to these ppl and everthing esle then things will stay the same am a afraid., i.e look at Usman Gondol, Adam Karim etc all these players all of a sudden are nobodyes just because they played for Pakistan, yes Pakistan & these whites look at Pakistan a poor labour uncvilised country & think if these players are that level & are Pakistani then why shud they stay at their club & be given a chance, this is just bringing the dreams of these players & many more DOWN, there is too much evidence to suggest racism, ignorant uneducation is playing park in the stereotype of Asians, particulalrly Muslim Pakistanis, it runs deeper then most ppl realise.

If the stupid coach does not want to use him why doesnt he let him play for Pakistan. The least thing would be that it would help his confidence.

Zesh had injury and didnt trail whole week and then missed the match.

This is a message from him to all the fans. He was very surprised with respect all the fans here gave him and understood his situations on QPR and why he couldnt go to Taiwan.

Also he has requested all those concerned supporters to contact him on any issue and he will get back to you. Also his blog, post you comments he is waiting to intereact with you guys. Any info he can pass on regarding football he would love to be any help. He has asked fans not to speculate too much and contact him. Like Ipswich game, he was injured not left out. He visits this site and loves everyone here and what FPDC is doing.

So guys anything you need to know..drop him an email.

Though Zeshan is injured and qpr is in a very competitive league and situation. I think in the long run it would have been better for Zesh and QPR if De Canio released him to play in the internationals. Also in this period he could have tested someone else from the reserves or brought in someone on loan to test. I understand for this cup it is a moot point but for maybe zesh should look into this again for the saff.

After playing internationals Zesh would I believe come back a more mature, more experienced and more confident player. Plus it may give him an oppurtunity to captain the international side. With all this he would be able to help qpr in a better fashion. For example if he wins the saff cup and some idiot yells something, in his own mind he has already achieved something that idiot fans cant take away. This will enable him to brush the criticisms off more easily.

Zesh isnt included today which i believe is due to lack of fitness as he didnt train last week and just got back midweek.
