LANDI KOTAL, 05 June: Football tournament organized to create awareness among people against use of drugs concluded here on Sunday evening in Khyber Agency, FATA.
The final of the tournament was played between Karkanai Football Club and Zikria Football Club on Khyber Kunj ground. Both the teams scored one goal each in the match time after which the winner was decided on penalty kicks. Fazal Aman Afridi of Karkanai FC was declared man of the match.
Karkanai club scored five goals while Zikria club’s strikers could only manage to put the ball into the nets for three times.
Later, prizes were distributed among the players by members of the AlHaj Group including Nisar Shinwari. A total of sixteen teams from all over the Khyber Agency participated in the tournament.
