Coca-Cola Football League ends on a high note

Lahore, September 1, 2014: Coca-Cola Football League ended on a high note with an exciting final match between Aatish Football Club Tank and Muhamadan Football Club, Multan at the Sports Ground in Multan. Muhamadan Football Club Multan won the match by 3 goals to 1 goal.

Ali Annan Qamar, Assistant Deputy Collector Multan, was the chief guest on the occasion, and handed over the tournament trophy to the winning team and other prizes to the runner-up and other teams.

The league had started on the first of August 2014, with the inaugural match between Ameen Shaheed Football Club and Multan Dairy Football Club. A total of 39 matches were played in this league, with all matches being closely contested, providing excitement and thrill to the large number of supporters and spectators who turned up at the venue.

The closing ceremony of the match was followed by fireworks.
