KARACHI: Pakistan’s star striker Kaleemullah will lead Pakistan football team in their two-match series against India to be held in Bangalore from August 17 to 20.

The team will then proceed to Bahrain to face Bahrain’s Olympic side on August 27, to be followed by a couple of matches against local clubs.

The 22-year-old Kaleem will not be available for the country’s tour of Bahrain as he will be joining his club Dordoi FC of Kyrgyzstan, who are to play a few friendlies ahead of their final stage of the Kyrgyzstan’s league.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will announce its team for the tours of India and Bahrain in Lahore on Wednesday (today). The same outfit will then take part in the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, from September 19 to October 4.

The team will fly out of Lahore for Bangalore via Dubai on August 15. The team’s camp is in progress in Lahore under Bahraini coach Mohammed Shamlan.
