Ist Semi Final played between 5 times champion 2006,2007,2008,2009 & 2011 Karachi Grammar beat Sensorium School 2-0. Ahmed Fuad Garib took lead in the 12th minute by a free kick from 20 meter distance while Erham Ahmed consolidated in 29th minute.
In the 2nd Semi final Nixor thrilling win over Lyceum School on penalty Shoot out 6-5 after 1-1 at full and extra time. Nixor College winner of 2012 ahead 1-0 at half time through Haris Shams in the 27th minute. But M. Hadi Anas equalised the score in the last minute. After 1-1 draw the match gone into extra time but both the team could not lead each other. However Tie breaker session Nixor College availed 6 penalty kicks but Lyceum Champion of 2010 scored only 5 times.

Haris Shams, Mohammad Afridi, Usman, Hassan Zubairi,Danial Soomro and Adil M. Khan converted penalty kicks but Mahmood Shah and Rafah failed to score.
Lyceum School
Shariq Shamim, Muneeb Siddiqi,Minhas Sabir, Noman Tair and Noman Anas netted but Hadi Anas, Akbar Lutfullah and Wahaj Naseer missed the opportunity.
