Ten-day camp for junior footballers

KARACHI: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has invited 31 junior players for a ten-day camp to be held at Lahore from April 22 to May 1.

Most of those invited have represented Pakistan’s junior or senior sides. The camp will be supervised by coach Zavisa Milosavljevic, probably at the City School Ground in Lahore.

The venue is currently under use of the Pakistan under-13 team, who are scheduled to leave for Iran on April 21 to feature in the Asian Football Confederation Under-14 Championship Qualifiers to be held in Mashhad from April 23.

Zavisa will be assisted by nine coaches in his support staff.

Players: Muzammil Hussain, Manzoor Ahmed, Abdul Rehman (WAPDA), Jameel Ahmed (Army), Junaid Qadir, Muhammad bin Younis, Ahsanullah (KPT), Jahangir Khan, Mohammad Riaz, Abdul Salam (KESC), Shehram Babar, Mohammad Usman, Riaz (PIA), Zakir Lashari, Mohammad Yaqoob (HBL), Rashid Ali (SSGC), Muhammad Bilal (PAF), Faisal Iqbal, Sher Mohammad, Amir Siddique, Adnan Nazir, Basit Ali (NBP), Asmat Ullah, Saeed Ahmed (Muslim FC), Mohsin Ali, Noor Muhammad, Naveed, Mohammad Bilal (Navy), Imran (Islamabad), Mohammad Salman, Nouman Ashraf (Wohaib FC).

Support staff: Shahzad Anwar, Sajjad Mehmood, Gohar Zaman, Mohammad Habib, Tanveer Ahmed (assistant coaches), Aslam Khan, Nouman Ibrahim, Zahid Taj (three goalkeeping coaches), Bilal Ahmed Butt (assistant manager).
