KARACHI: Faisalabad-based University FC recorded a convincing 5-1 triumph against Okara’s Green Star FC in 9th Pakistan Football Federation B-Division League at Rai Ali Nawaz Football Ground in Sahiwal on Thursday.
Muhammad Rizwan Ali scored two goals, while Shahbaz, Ali Raza and Muhammad Abdullah scored one goal each for University FC. Irfan Ahmed scored the lone goal for Green Star FC.
In another match at the same venue, Baloch FC Quetta defeated hosts Young Blood by 2-1. Imranullah and Muhammad Zahid scored one goal each for Baloch FC. Muhammad Khawar scored the consolatory goal for Young Blood FC.
