In a special meeting called by Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat, President, Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) at Football House has shown his magnanimity and love for the football players. He benevolently enhanced the Prize Money of KPT National Football Challenge Cup-2012, for winning teams and players.
According to the press release issued here by PFF, the Prize Money of the KPT National Football Challenge Cup -2012 has been enhanced from Rs. 1, 50,000/- to Rs. 3, 00,000/- for winning team, Runner Up from Rs. 1,00,000/- to 2,00,000/, Third Position holder from 75,000/- to 1,00,000/-, Fair Play from 20,000/- to 30,000/-, best goal keeper from 10,000/- to 20,000/- best player of the Challenge Cup from 10,000/- to 25,000/-, Maximum Goal Scorer from 10,000/- to 20,000/-, PFF has also introduced the Best Referee award of Rs. 20,000/- and Best Assistant Referee from 10,000/-
This gesture will encourage the players to put in their best efforts in the game and bring credit to the nation. The announcement by the president PFF has been welcomed whole heartedly by the participating teams and football lovers all over the country. They feel that increased Prize Money and incentives will be beneficial for the promotion of the game of football lovers of Pakistan.
