With the approval of Sindh Football Association (SFA) and coordination of Dadu District Government, the All-Sindh Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Football Tournament will be hosted by Shaheed Makhdoon Bilawal FC at Government Degree College Ground, Dadu from 15-24 June 2011. Teams from Karachi, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Jacobabad, Sukkur, Ghotki, Tandowala, Khairpur and other districts from across Sindh will participate in this historic event.
Shaheed Abdur Rehman FC (Jacobabad) will face Al-Shabaz FC (Nawabshah) in opening game with DCO Dadu, Dr Niaz Ali Abbasi inaugurating the tournament on 15 June 2011.
A high profile Local Organising Committee (LOC) was announced to ensure the tournament is a mega success. LOC includes DCO Dadu as LOC chief executive, Pervaiz Ahmed Chandio EDO Finance, Ali Bahar Brohi SFA & PFF member, Administrator Dadu District Imdad Ali Dawach as LOC chairman, Shah Mir Ali as as LOC senior vice chairman, District Sports & Youth Affairs Officer Khalid Hussain Ghullo as vice chairman, Gulzar Ali Bhargarhi as organising secretary, DFA Dadu chairman Ali Haider Jamali, et al.
On special request of the LOC, journalist Riaz Ahmed has been invited from Karachi to be media coordinator for entire duration of the All-Sindh Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Tournament.
