DFA League Lahore: Faridia beat Bata in a feisty encounter; Fame demolish Santnagar 4-0

In division A of the DFA League here at the Punjab Stadium Lahore, Faridia FC beat Bata FC 1-0 in a highly charged encounter that almost saw the referee calling the game off!

Both teams went into the game having drawn their first games and needed maximum points to catch Real Lahore at the top of the table.

The game was decided ultimately by a neat finish from Asif Nasrullah for Faridia on the 30 minute mark.

Second half saw tempers rising as both teams exchanged harsh words and the referee almost called the game off. But Hafiz Salman Butt from the Faridia bench called for both teams to maintain their composure and complete the game in good spirits.

A tight second half could produce no goals.

In the DFA League B division at the FAME FC ground in Model Town, FAME FC demolished a very young Santnagar side 4-0. They now top the DFA League Lahore B division.

    match was played between FAME football club and Sant nagar club at FAMCE FC ground, model town Lahore.FAME FC won the match 4-0 and completely hold the game for 90 minutes. The keeper of Sant nagar did some some good work and saved thrice one on one but Fame was playing a good game.
    Fame fc team main player Usman ghani virk could not attend the match due to some work in Gujranwala but team did not disappoint his coach the Former international player and management of FC.
    Zia dogar was captain of Fame Fc. where as Bhutto was leading the Sant nagar team.
    FAME FC scored first goal in the 7 minutes when Umair finished it in a great way. the second goal was scored by daniyal from a distance of 40 yards outside and completely beat goalkeeper by his swinging shoot. The third goal was again scored by daniyal and forth goal was scored by Zia doagr on a corner by his great header.

    in the Second half Fame fc got 5-6 good chances but could not put the ball in net. and butto came from Sant nagar and tried few chances but they could not get themselves inside plenty box.
    overall it was one sided game and Fame Fc won it with a good techniques by feeding high balls to the forwards. In the second half no team can scored goal.
    the Match comissner was Bilal butt and three changes were made by fame fc in second half when
    Shaukat was replaced by anjum shumail and daniyal was replaced by Umer where as Ahmad was sent in on the position of imran.
