KARACHI: Country’s popular midfielder Abdul Aziz has lamented the decision of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) to ignore him for the camp being in operation for the Asian Games pencilled in for November 12-27 in China.

During a chat with ‘The News’ here on Wednesday after the Premier league match between KESC and National Bank, former Pakistan captain Aziz said he has been the only player of the country which has been serving the national team for the last eight years without any break.

“The decision has really upset me. I don’t why I have not been called for the camp,” Aziz said. “I am not only fit but am in good form,” Aziz, who plays from National Bank, said.

Aziz was also the vice-captain of the Pakistan team during the 2004, 2006 and 2010 South Asian Games.
