FYDC are key for PFF Vision Plan 2020 success : Ahmed Lodhi

Lahore, 23 Dec ; “Sahiwal’s PFF Football Youth Development Center (FYDC) is showing tremendous progress under AFC AID-27 coach Noman Ibrahim and the outcome met success when Young Blood team, having several players of Center, forced their way into Pakistan Premier League 2010.In order to streamline the working in better way and to cope with financial burden, the body has been formed to resolve the issue,” this is stated by Umer Hayat Khan Lodhi, President of PFF Youth Development Center, Sahiwal. The center is inside Ali Rai Nawaz Stadium, near Fareed Town Police Station in the city lies 180 KM from Lahore.

Ali Rai Nawaz Stadium will be filled with soccer enthusiasts of Sahiwal and nearby areas, villages when Young Blood FC will collide with Karachi’s Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) in the PFF League final which will be kicked off at 1.30 PM on 6 January 2010.

“ It is good to see Sahiwal’s football lovers showed their passion with the game as FYDC is a precious wing of PFF Vision Plan 2020, launched by Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat, MNA during PFF Congress 2008. The main role of FYDC is the management of Football Youth Development Program and to provide players to National training center for future national teams and the establishment of FYDC throughout the country in order to increase the football activities among the kids, youth and women. In addition, to establish visible Football centers in Major cities to show the football activities to general public and getting maximum response for youth level football. Within their respective areas the FYDC will contribute to intensify co-operation between Clubs, Districts, Zones, Provinces and Federation,” said PFF’s Secretary General Lt.Col ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi who also congratulated Sahiwal’s PFF FYDC’s office bearers, comprised of :
