Lahore, 18 December : Syed Nayyar Hasnain Haider, Punjab Province Election Commissioner, has announced fresh schedule of Elections to be held in the territory of Punjab . According to the schedule handed over to Presidents of Districts Football Association of Lahore, Faisalabad and Jhang, the elections would be completed by 3 January 2008 . Elections of Lahore will be completed on 2 January, followed by Faisalabad and Jhang on 3 January.
Meanwhile, the elections of Islamabad will be completed by 29 December 2007 while other regions affiliated with Pakistan Football Federation will see the completion of elections at Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Northern Areas from 6-7 January 2008.
